Contracts usually involve working to conservation standard and include:-
- Surveying and recording details of the existing structure
- Removing and reinstating of patent glazing/glazing bars, timber mouldings, box gutter, linings, facings and lead flashing
- Suppling and instaling replica glazing system and associated fixings
- Replacing down pipes, restoring and re-erecting weathervanes
